ABOUT ME

​I love to paint! I love the texture and feel of oil paints. I like the challenge of composition; emphasizing a subject in a new and surprising way. Taking a blank canvas and creating something out of nothing brings me tremendous joy and satisfaction.
 
I am passionate about Travel; painting from almost every journey I take. I care deeply for my Family, my Home, and our Lake Cottage. All of these passions are evident in nearly every piece I create. Because I believe bringing life experiences to your art makes it sing.
 
I have taken workshops from many nationally recognized artists, most notably David Slonim, CW Mundy and Ken Auster. I spend a lot of studio time pushing myself in different directions and tackling different subjects. What a joy these challenges are!
